1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Research Corridor ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Platform.

2

Account Registration

To submit manuscripts or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date.

3

Manuscript Submissions

By submitting a manuscript, you confirm that: the work is original and has not been published elsewhere; all co-authors have approved the submission; the work does not infringe any third-party rights; you have obtained all necessary permissions for included materials; and you agree to the peer review process. Simultaneous submission to multiple journals is prohibited.

4

Intellectual Property

Authors retain copyright of their published work. By publishing with Research Corridor, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive your work. The specific license terms (e.g., Creative Commons) are determined by the individual journal's policies. All platform content, design, and code are the intellectual property of Research Corridor.

5

Peer Review

All submitted manuscripts undergo peer review. Editorial decisions are final and made independently by journal editors. Reviewers are expected to maintain confidentiality and provide objective, constructive feedback. We do not guarantee publication of any submitted work.

6

Fees and Payments

Certain journals may charge article processing charges (APCs) upon acceptance. All fees are clearly disclosed before submission. Payments are non-refundable once an article is published. Fee waivers may be available for researchers from low-income countries.

7

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not: submit fraudulent or plagiarized content; manipulate the peer review process; use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data without permission; or impersonate other users. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8

Limitation of Liability

Research Corridor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

9

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international publishing standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Research Corridor is incorporated. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
